What is MMAC?
As a springboard for personal growth and leadership development, MMAC promotes discovery, enrichment, and the exchange of ideas through a broad spectrum of materials, technologies, and experiences. MMAC also provides marketable skills and media literacy to all UCLA undergraduates, supplementing their UCLA curriculum and giving them skills in producing and leadership.
The mission behind MMAC is for Studio 22 to serve as a media training facility for all facets of media arts, while providing students with a welcoming environment in which to learn. Students can utilize resources for video and audio production, available in both portable packages and an in-house production space at the De Neve Learning Center.
As MMAC member, you will be able to:
Take home our film and audio equipment free of charge
Utilize our in-house audio production suite
Attend various workshops for film, graphics, and audio skills development
Network with like-minded and interested UCLA students
Learn from experienced staff and industry professionals
